How it works.
Custom MD provides private medicine membership programs for the entire family. This allows us to maintain a low patient-to-doctor ratio, which means we can spend more quality time with each patient and develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

Membership plans start at $150 per month per adult, $25 per month per child with discounted pricing for family plans. We work with your insurance just like a typical doctor’s office, but your membership allows us to provide extended benefits and longer visits.
